D3DDEBCAPS_SYSTEMMEMORY
The execute buffer data resides in system memory.
D3DDEBCAPS_VIDEOMEMORY
The execute buffer data resides in device memory.

Use the D3DDEBCAPS_MEM value as a mask to extract memory-related values from a field.
