You may enable logging for each of the services in IMS separately. When logging for a service is enabled, it will create a log file in the appropriate logging directory. A new file is created every day, with a name of the form yymmdd.LOG.
The exact format(s) of the log files is liable to change. It will be documented when it is stable.
